Hi there! I’m Taylor Pearce, a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Denver, Colorado, passionate about crafting intuitive, scalable, and impactful software solutions.
Most recently at Skyglass, a Techstars-backed startup, I played a key role as one of two engineers, driving product development through thoughtful UI/UX design and robust frontend and backend engineering. During the Techstars Fall 2024 Accelerator in NYC, I collaborated closely with mentors and fellow startups, refining our strategies and significantly boosting user engagement. My contributions included developing a PostgreSQL-powered asset search tool, designing a user-friendly custom toolbar, implementing an analytics system to measure and improve user interactions, strategically deploying Apple’s App Store rating prompts, and enhancing our web app’s accessibility through seamless OAuth authentication for Google and Apple accounts.
Beyond coding, I’m deeply inspired by my experiences living and working in Japan and Nepal, fostering a strong appreciation for cultural exchange, thoughtful design, and outdoor adventures.
